"Oh the Weather Outside is Frightful..."

Okay, maybe "frightful" is not the right word, after all, it is still 90˚ - although that is pretty frightful if you are a snowman! And that's just what I've been up to...making snowmen - and lots of them! I just finished putting a coat of Gesso on 11 new snowmen creations. Big ones, small ones, short ones and tall ones!

I love making these frosty fellows, they have lots of personality and just seem to really embody the holiday spirit. These newest creations will be available at my upcoming shows. Check my web site to find the dates of a show near you!

  2. Brrrrrr....I'm feeling chilly already! Always delightful creations David. They never cease to make me smile. :-)

So glad there are no more 90 degree temps in our forecast.

Hey, how far are you from Julian? We used to love to go up there to escape San Diego and get a bit of country atmosphere. I loved the stands with the fresh apple cider, cherry cider, and other such goodies. Of course that was 26 years ago, I bet things have changed.

90!!!! Get out of here... I lay down and die for 90 degrees! It's damp, rainy, cold and miserable here in the Pacific NW! Count your blessings winter is around the corner!

  6. Hey David, How was Las Vegas?...& the Cher show? Love your new snowmen! It's so much fun to see WIP's. Can't wait to see them in color. I'm not a 90's girl, but we had 40's the other night...had to turn on the heat! So right now 90 degrees sound good to me.
    Take care, Debbie

  7. Oh, these are just charming! Can't wait to see them when they are done. I bet you Californians are getting a little tired of the warm weather - what you need is a nice snowstorm! :)
